The place of arbitration shall be Delhi, India.

The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.

Both GIIPL and the customer shall bear the costs of arbitration equally (50% each).

The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

8. Modifications to Terms and Conditions

GIIPL reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any given time. Any changes will become effective upon posting on the SolitaireKart platform. Your continued use of our services after any such updates indicates your agreement to abide by the revised terms.
